Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. 30 Avenue is attached to this neighborhood for dining, shopping and free family entertainment and Rosemary Beach is 1/2 mile away. Enjoy the heated pool just 1 door away from your back door. Public beach access with bathrooms located less than 1 mile away. Grayton Beach State Park and Camp Helen State park nearby for a relaxing, quiet beach experience. Bike everywhere with the tunnel to 30A to begin your journey on the beautiful 30A beaches beginning in Rosemary Beach. Enjoy a fully furnished house with 2 family rooms with space for everyone. Beach chairs, beach buggy, towels, toys and bikes included.
Good to know
This 2 story home has all bedrooms on the second floor with 2 full baths. From the front porch you will walk into the generous sized living room. You will also find the laundry room, kitchen, dining area and second living room on the first floor. The back deck is perfect for sitting and relaxing in the shade provided by the trees.
House Rules
House Rules: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any house rules posted at the Rental Property and with the following: ● No loud music. Please observe the City Noise Ordinance and keep volumes down from 10pm-7am. ● No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside or outside our home. Any smell remediation we must do because of this rule being broken results in a minimum fine of $250. ● No illegal drugs or activities are allowed in or around the Rental Property. ● Please take great care of the Rental Property by keeping it clean, reporting any problems or damages, washing dishes as used/placing them in the dishwasher and taking garbage to the outside bins. ● No littering. ● No property furnishings, bedding, or other property that belongs inside should be taken outside. Furniture must be left as is. ● Airconditioning and heat are for use with the doors and windows closed only. Do not run either with the doors or windows open. ● All areas indicated as “Owners Closet” are off-limits to guests. ● Remember to lock the property and your vehicles. We will not be held liable for any stolen or missing items. ● We ask that you tidy up after yourself. If you leave the house in unreasonable disarray, you may be charged additional cleaning fees. Additional cleaning fee if not all dishes in the dishwasher and started AND any trash not in a trash can. ● You must not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. NO feminine products, wipes, flushable wipes, diapers, socks or foreign objects should ever be flushed. If it is found that misuse has resulted in clogging the sewer system, you may be held liable and charged for damages and repair costs.
