From 2 car driveway, step onto the large front porch you will walk into the generous sized living room. You will find comfortable seating for 8 including a sleeper sofa, 2 swivel chairs and love seat with large screen TV. The newly updated 1/2 bath is adjacent to the living room. Walk down the hall and will also find the laundry room with washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open to view the family room with seating for 8 for meals. The family room a work space and seating for 7 with a large TV. This open concept is great for family time. The back deck is perfect for sitting and relaxing in the shade provided by the trees while you cook on the Weber grill. The gated, heated pool is just one house away from the back deck for easy access..

House Rules: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any house rules posted at the Rental Property and with the following: Primary renter must be 25 years of age ● Please take trash can to the curb Monday and Thursday evening and return them to back porch area Tuesday and Friday evening. ● Bikes and helmets furnished and used at your own risk. ● Off street parking for 2 vehicles and no street parking is allowed.
