Enjoy the heated pool just 1 door away from your back door. Public beach access with bathrooms located less than 1 mile away. Grayton Beach State Park and Camp Helen State park nearby for a relaxing, quiet beach experience. Bike everywhere with the tunnel to 30A to begin your journey on the beautiful 30A beaches beginning in Rosemary Beach. Enjoy a fully furnished house with 2 family rooms with space for everyone.
Good to know
This 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a half bath. From the front porch you will walk into the generous sized living room. Comfortable seating for 8 with large screen TV. You will also find the laundry room with washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 8. You have a second living room with a work space and seating for 7 with a large TV. The back deck is perfect for sitting and relaxing in the shade provided by the trees while you cook on the Weber grill. The heated pool is just one house away and you are close enough to 30Ave to walk our favorite ice cream spot after dinner.

House Rules: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any house rules posted at the Rental Property and with the following: Primary renter must be 25 years of age ● Please take trash can to the curb Monday and Thursday evening and return them to back porch area Tuesday and Friday evening. ● Bikes and helmets furnished and used at your own risk. ● Off street parking for 2 vehicles and no street parking is allowed.
