This is a 2 story home with 3 second level bedrooms and 2 full second level baths plus a half bath downstairs. From 2 car driveway, step onto the large front porch you will walk into the generous sized living room. You will find comfortable seating for 8 including a sleeper sofa, 2 swivel chairs and love seat with large screen TV. The newly updated 1/2 bath is adjacent to the living room. Walk down the hall and will also find the laundry room with washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open to view the family room with seating for 8 for meals. The family room a work space and seating for 7 with a large TV. This open concept is great for family time. The back deck is perfect for sitting and relaxing in the shade provided by the trees while you cook on the Weber grill. The gated, heated pool is just one house away from the back deck for easy access..

House Rules: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any house rules posted at the Rental Property and with the following: Primary renter must be 25 years of age ● Please take trash can to the curb Monday and Thursday evening and return them to back porch area Tuesday and Friday evening. ● Bikes and helmets furnished and used at your own risk. ● Off street parking for 2 vehicles and no street parking is allowed.

Absolutely loved our stay here, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the deck was nice to have a little happy hour on. Tina was super responsive as well. This exceeded our expectations would 100% stay again!

we had so much fun during our stay and would definitely come back!! It was clean, the pool was walkable which we enjoyed and it was near lots of good food and things to do and a short drive to the beach!

I stayed with 4 other women for a girls trip in April 2025 and we LOVED Tina’s place! It is even more beautiful than the photos, so close to the shared pool, and very walkable to Rosemary, Inlet Beach (public access), and even the Alys beach area if you’re up for a longer trek. There’s also a shopping and restaurant plaza soooo close which was perfect for a late night ice cream run. We all agreed we would stay there again.

We stayed at Tina’s house for Spring Break with my wife and three kids, and we had such a great time. The house was very clean, tidy, and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. There were two bikes available for us, and we brought three more, so the whole family could ride together. The community has a beautiful swimming pool that’s well-maintained and very clean. Our kids loved spending their mornings there, and in the afternoons, we’d ride our bikes to Rosemary Beach and along 30A. There’s even a convenient underpass at US 98, which makes it easy and safe to access 30A by bike. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect Beach Getaway! Our stay at this Airbnb in Rosemary Beach was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The location was great—just a short walk to the beautiful beaches, charming shops and restaurants along 3A. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The cozy outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee, and the well-equipped kitchen made dining in a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. If you're considering a stay in Rosemary Beach, don't hesitate—this place is a true gem!
